PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Online Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking, in the event of cancellation, payment will be refunded in a timely manner in accordance with the cancellation policy that applies to each reservation.

Direct hotel reservations made via email or travel advisor require a 50% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance is required upon check-in.

Specials: All of our discounted rates must be paid in full at time of booking with a non-refundable but flexible rebooking policy within one year.

Payments by International Bank Transfer: This payment method is only accepted for reservations whose arrival day is at least 15 days apart from the time of reservation. Otherwise, it will only be received through a payment link sent by the sales and reservations department.

Cancellation policy (Only non-discounted rates and credits)

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. If, after that period, you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive on the specified check-in date, your payment will not be refundable.

Valid only for cases related to Covid-19

In case you need to cancel your reservation, we have a 1 year flexible reservation change policy and a medical document is required in another to proceed with the cancellation.

Cases not related to Covid-19: Room cancellations for reasons not related to Covid-19 must be notified to the hotel within the cancellation policy window in this document, otherwise a cancellation penalty will apply. If applicable, the guest may reschedule once by applying the deposit within one year from the original date.

Early Termination Fee

Any guest who changes their departure date earlier than originally scheduled will forfeit the full amount of the reservation.

Payment and cancellation policies for additional services

Conference hall (Co-work):

Once the contract is signed, a 50% deposit must be made to secure the space. The remaining balance will be charged 5 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations require a 24-hour written notice prior to the event. Client may reschedule by applying deposit if meeting is rescheduled within 3 months of original date. After this time, the credit expires and cannot be used.

Extra activities, excursions, day passes and transportation:

Full deposit (non-refundable) is required at time of reservation to secure space.

Cancellation: All cancellations require a 24 hour written notice to avoid penalties. The client may reschedule the deposit application within 3 months from the original date of visit. After this time, the credit expires and cannot be used.

Force Majeur

If for any reason outside the reasonable control of the Hotel or the individual guest, including, but not limited to, civil unrest; disasters; acts of war; acts of God; fires; flood or other emergency conditions; any delay in necessary and essential repairs to the Hotel; the Hotel or individual guest being unable to perform its obligations under the Agreement, such failure is excused and such party may terminate this agreement without further liability of any nature, upon return of the "Customer's" deposit.

In no case, the Hotel or the individual guest will be responsible for consequential damages of any nature for any reason.

GENERAL HOTEL POLICIES:

Smoking: We are a non-smoking facility, evidence of smoking in bedrooms or common areas will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Pets: Assistance animals or guide dogs are allowed, but no other pets are allowed on the property.

Check in: At the time of check in, you must fill out an information form

Code of Ethics: The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and remove from its facilities any guest who does not behave within ethical manners and acceptable practices.

Meals: Please coordinate breakfast time directly with the reception or kitchen team at least 6 hours in advance.
